Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you adequate time to test your gear and ensure it’s ready for your next adventure.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hydration Flasks & Reservoirs (for obvious hygiene reasons)
  • Headwear (including hats and caps)
  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Products without original tags or packaging

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Prepare Your Package

Once approved, carefully pack your items including:

  • All original items in their packaging
  • Original tags and labels
  • Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
  • Return authorization form (we’ll email this to you)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Send your package to our returns center:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Exchanges: Shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt

Refund Information

Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 2-5 business days to appear in your account

Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement items.

International Returns

As we ship globally (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions), international customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any customs duties or import taxes
  • Ensuring proper documentation for international returns

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help!

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • We’ll notify you if your requested exchange item is out of stock
  • You may choose an alternative product or receive a refund
