All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

International Shipping
We ship globally, bringing Salomon performance to adventurers worldwide. Please note we cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your Salomon equipment.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order, giving you adequate time to ensure your gear is adventure-ready.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Hydration Flasks & Reservoirs (for obvious hygiene reasons)
- Headwear (including hats and caps)
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Products without original tags or packaging
The Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Once approved, carefully pack your items including:
- All original items in their packaging
- Original tags and labels
- Copy of your receipt or order confirmation
- Return authorization form (we’ll email this to you)
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days of receipt
- Exchanges: Shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt
Refund Information
Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

- PayPal: 2-5 business days to appear in your account
Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for your replacement items.
